Owned end-to-end creative marketing operations at this fast-paced fintech, supporting and mentoring the development of the multi-disciplinary creative team producing all Growth Marketing and GTM initiatives. Directed continuous process improvements at both a team and group level, significantly improving workflow efficiency and project delivery timelines while ensuring the right level of visibility and communication for team and stakeholders. Optimized resource allocation based on team strengths and business priorities, ensuring balanced workloads across creative initiatives. Led the development of Figma templates and design systems for core deliverables for use across teams, including email campaigns and social assets, and managed all external production partnerships, overseeing contract reviews, timelines, run rates, and on-time delivery for large-scale projects.
